Directions:
1. Tender soup: In the tender soup, add 3-4 sliced of maca 30 minutes before the fire ceases and simmer until the soup is cooked.
2. Cooking porridge: Add 3-4 sliced of maca 25 minutes before the porridge is cooked until the porridge is cooked.
3. Soak in Hot water: Slice 2~4g (2~3 slices) of Maca with boiling water (about 300~500ml each time in a vacuum flask) soak for 20 minutes and drink. Maca can be eaten directly after 4 times of soaking.
